Ein kleines Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen.<\/li><li>Birnen sch\u00e4len und halbieren. Kerngeh\u00e4use mit einem Teel\u00f6ffel herausl\u00f6sen. Birnenh\u00e4lften auf das Backblech geben.<\/li><li>In einer Sch\u00fcssel, die gemahlene und die gehackten Waln\u00fcsse mischen, den Zimt und den Agavensirup dazu geben, sodass eine leicht klebrige Masse ersteht. Die vorbereiteten Birnen damit f\u00fcllen und etwas Oliven\u00f6l \u00fcber die Birnen gie\u00dfen. Im hei\u00dfen Ofen ca. 20-25 Minuten garen.<\/li><li>Die Preiselbeeren hacken und \u00fcber die fertigen Birnen streuen. Mit Karamellso\u00dfe und zus\u00e4tzlichen Waln\u00fcssen und Preiselbeeren servieren.
