Dubai, 2023 – we won three gold medals at the internatonal olive oil quality competition

Our Žižolera, Rozinjola, and Vodnjanska Buža have impressed the jury! At the recently held International Young Olive Oil Competition for Early Harvest Oils in Dubai, three types of oil from the Oio Vivo brand won a gold medal. These are the olive varieties Žižolera, Rozinjola, and Vodnjanska Buža. The DubaiOOC takes place twice a year: once in February, when the best global producers of extra virgin early harvest olive oils are selected, and again in June, when the best global extra virgin olive oils are chosen. The jury, consisting of experts from around the world, evaluated the olive oils based on their fruitiness, aroma, intensity, and color. For all of these characteristics, Oio Vivo’s Žižolera, Rozinjola, and Vodnjanska Buža received the maximum possible score and rightfully won gold medals. This is certainly not the last medal we will win, as we continuously take care of the quality of our olives in collaboration with expert institutions and by applying innovations in our work.
