Harvest 2016

We have had yet another successful harvest in 2016, and are delighted the harvested olives will be used to continue the production of our high quality Oio Vivo olive oil.

Visit us directly at the location of olive groves along the road Vodnjan-Pula where opened a tasting room and boutique shop our range of olive oils Oio Vivo. The newly opened tasting room and boutique shops offer the opportunity to taste and purchase our varietal oils: Vodnjanska buža, Istarska bjelica and Žižolere as two varietal blend of oils of varying intensity of flavors: Oio Bon Vivo and Vivo Oio Gajardo. Opening of the tasting room in the Easter week

The Oleum Maris company plans the opening of a tasting room on the site of its olive groves, (along the main road from Vodnjan to Pula) a week before Easter in 2014.

Olive harvesting is just underway

Extremely warm weather for the end of October and the beginning of November this year facilitates the olive harvesting that is just underway at the Oleum Maris olive grove.
