Flos Olei, the renowned international guide to premium extra virgin olive oils, has published its 2025 edition featuring the 500 best olive oils in the world.
This year’s edition includes as many as 73 Istrian olive oils. With this recognition, Istria has been declared the second-best olive oil region in the world.
