We are proud to announce that at the world’s largest and most prestigious olive oil quality competition, the New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC), also known as the “Olive Oil Oscar,” we have once again won gold medals for all four of our single-variety extra virgin olive oils in our range. The following varieties won gold medals for their quality: Istarska Bjelica, Rozinjola, Vodnjanska Buža, and Žižolera. The judging panel of this prestigious competition is made up of a team of leading global experts who follow a rigorous technical protocol to analyze each oil, and the award winners are featured in the official guide to the world’s best olive oils – The Best Olive Oils Yearly Index. Considering the impressive number of olive oil samples submitted for evaluation, the number of countries involved, and the fact that we have won gold medals for the fourth consecutive year at this prestigious competition, it can rightly be said that we have proven and justified the quality of our oils and solidified our position among the largest and best olive oil producers in the world.
