The Kvarner shrimp, Oio Vivo olive oil, and Pavlomir sparkling wines at the 2nd Kvarner Sparkling Breakfast.

In June, at the 2nd Kvarner Sparkling Breakfast in Novi Vinodolski, at the Pavlomir winery, visitors participated in a workshop where they had the pleasure of tasting the world-renowned and highly valued Kvarner shrimp, paired with Pavlomir sparkling wines and our extra virgin olive oil Oio Vivo.

During the workshop, participants sampled the Adriatic gem, the shrimp, in two ways: first raw, and then grilled. They discovered and experienced how the flavors evolved during the tasting of both raw and grilled shrimp, seasoned with our Oio Vivo olive oil, made from Vodnjanska Buža and Žižoler olives. There was a unanimous opinion that the addition of olive oil made the taste of the shrimp richer and fuller. The workshop was led by Mrs. Marija Vukelić, author of the first Croatian wine magazine Vinske zvijezde, and Mr. Velimir Jurić, board member of Oleum Maris, with the event organized by the Tourist Board of Novi Vinodolski and Pavlomir Winery.
