Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 2 ripe pears
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 4-6 tablespoons of agave syrup or honey
- 30 g of coarsely chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of ground walnuts
- 1 tablespoon of dried cranberries
- A little Oio Vivo Buža olive oil
- Ready caramel sauce
- A few mint leaves for decoration
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut the pears lengthwise, remove the seeds and core, then scoop out a little from the center. Place them on the prepared tray.
- In a bowl, mix the ground and chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and agave syrup to create a slightly sticky mixture. Fill the pears with this mixture, drizzle with a little olive oil, and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
- Chop the cranberries and sprinkle them on the baked pears. Serve with caramel sauce, additional walnuts, and cranberries, and drizzle with a bit of Buža olive oil. Garnish with mint leaves.
