Istrian pasta Fuži with truffle sauce

Oio Vivo - desert - Fuzi

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 40g butter
  • 250 ml cooking cream
  • 1-2 tsp tartufata
  • Salt, pepper
  • pieces of black truffles
  • Oio Vivo Žižolera extra virgin olive oil as seasoning

Preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.
  2. Melt the butter over low heat on a pan. Stir in the cooking cream, season with salt and pepper, stir and leave to cook for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the salsa tartufata. Take it off the heat, add the cooked pasta, stir and serve.
  4. Grate some fresh black truffle on top and drizzle with our Oio Vivo Žižolera.
