Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 40g butter
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 1-2 tsp tartufata
- Salt, pepper
- pieces of black truffles
- Oio Vivo Žižolera extra virgin olive oil as seasoning
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.
- Melt the butter over low heat on a pan. Stir in the cooking cream, season with salt and pepper, stir and leave to cook for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the salsa tartufata. Take it off the heat, add the cooked pasta, stir and serve.
- Grate some fresh black truffle on top and drizzle with our Oio Vivo Žižolera.
