A blend of indigeneous olive varieties of Rožinjola and Istrian Bjelica, of a rich and intense taste. It is a robust oil, with powerful aroma of ripe olives, tomatoes and almonds, which gives extra strength and intensity to the character dishes. It is full of flavor, with stronger notes of bitterness, ideal for meat dishes.

Serving suggestion: steak, marinated red meat, gnocchi with stew, pljukanci in Teran and red chicory cream.
