Spaghetti aglio e olio

Ingredients:
  • 300g pasta
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • Optional: 1-2 peperoncini (chili peppers)
  • Oio Vivo Rozinjola olive oil
  • Salt
Preparation:
  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of water according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Slice the garlic into thin pieces and chop the parsley.
  3. In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the garlic slices. Once the garlic releases its aroma (be careful not to burn it), add the chili peppers, lightly fry them, and finally add the finely chopped parsley.
  4. When the pasta is cooked, transfer it to the prepared sauce. If desired, add 50ml of the water in which the pasta was cooked. Mix everything well and serve.
