- 300 g pasta
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 peperoncino
- Oio Vivo Rozinjola extra virgin olive oil
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Slice the garlic into thin leaves and chop the parsley. On a preheated pan with olive oil, fry the garlic shortly ( be careful not to burn it), add the peperoncino and parsley and stir everything. Once the pasta is cooked, combine it into the sauce. Pour in about 50 ml of the pasta cooking water if needed, stir and serve!
